Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds are processed 72 hours after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
