A Note on Offers, Sales, Promotions and Discounts:  

Unless otherwise stated, prices on full price, sale and promotional items cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotions or discounts. Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. GUESS?, Inc. reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue any offer, sale, promotion or discount at any time without notice.

CANADIAN RETURN POLICY

Q: Not exactly what you wanted?
A: While we take pride in every GUESS product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. GUESS.ca gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached.  Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, innerwear, fragrances, lotions and items marked “final sale” are not returnable.
Save and publish
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to GUESS.ca along with your online gift receipt. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online or at any GUESS store.

GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

RETURN BY MAIL

Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. 

Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from GUESS.ca. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

Refunds are processed 72 hours after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Q: What if I need to make a return, but I've lost my original receipt?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to honor returns without a receipt from our Canadian customers.
