A: GUESS.ca fulfills online Canadian orders through our partner, UPS. Just add items to your basket and click on the checkout button. UPS will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected canadian destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Q: Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
A: No. When you use the international checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.
Q: How much duty do you charge on Canadian orders?
A: Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that UPS supports. Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing
For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 5:00pm Eastern time to guarantee that your order is processed same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
A: GUESS Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. A: Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
